DUBEX TOURS is a Dubai-based tour operator. We run city tours, desert trips and attraction tickets across the UAE with our own guides and vehicles — which is why we can quote a fixed price, confirm instantly and answer the phone when something changes.
What we do
We handle the parts of a Dubai trip that are awkward to arrange from abroad: getting from the airport to a hotel at 2am, timing a Burj Khalifa slot so it lands at sunset, pairing an Abu Dhabi mosque visit with something else worth the 90-minute drive.

How we work
Our own guides and vehicles
We are the operator, not a booking layer on top of one. When you book a transfer, it is our driver; when you book a tour, it is our guide. That is the difference between a problem being fixed and a problem being forwarded.
Fixed prices, no surprises
Every price is quoted before you commit, including tolls and parking on transfers. There is no surge pricing and no charge added at the kerb.
Free cancellation
Most experiences can be cancelled up to 24 hours before they start, and transfers are tracked against your flight, so a delay does not cost you the booking.

Where we are
Our office is in Downtown Dubai, on Umniyati Street. Most of our work happens by WhatsApp and email rather than at a counter, so you will rarely need to visit — but we are a registered UAE operator with a physical address, not a phone number and a website.
