Terms and Conditions
These terms apply when you book a tour, attraction ticket or transfer with DUBEX TOURS through dubextours.com. Booking means you accept them. Please read the Cancellation and Refund Policy as well — it forms part of these terms.
Who you are booking with
DUBEX TOURS is a tour operator based in Downtown Dubai, on Umniyati Street, United Arab Emirates. We operate most experiences with our own guides, drivers and vehicles. Where an experience is delivered by an attraction or a licensed partner, that operator’s own entry rules apply alongside these terms.
Booking and confirmation
A booking is confirmed once payment has been taken and you have received a confirmation email with a booking number beginning BR-. Until then nothing is reserved. Your voucher is emailed to you and can be shown on a phone; you do not need to print it.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter — particularly your email address, mobile number, travel date and pickup address. We cannot deliver a voucher or a driver to details that are wrong.
Prices and payment
Prices are set in UAE dirhams (AED). If you view the site in another currency, that figure is an indication converted at the current rate; the amount charged is the AED price. A processing fee is shown separately at checkout before you pay, and any discount code is applied before that fee is calculated.
Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We never receive or store your full card number.
Pickups and timings
Pickup times are estimates and can move with traffic, weather and the other guests on a shared departure. Please be ready at the agreed point at the agreed time; where a driver cannot reach you and cannot make contact, the booking is treated as a no-show.
Airport transfers are tracked against your flight number, so a delayed arrival does not cost you the booking. Give us the flight number at checkout.
Children
Children are welcome on almost everything we run. Child seats are free on request — ask when you book, not on the day. Some attractions and rides set their own minimum height or age, and those rules are theirs to enforce.
Your responsibilities
- Bring valid photo identification. Passports or Emirates IDs are occasionally requested when crossing into another emirate.
- Dress appropriately for religious and cultural sites. Shoulders and knees covered, and a headscarf for women at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.
- Follow reasonable safety instructions from your guide, driver or the attraction.
- Tell us before booking about a medical condition, pregnancy or mobility need that affects whether an experience is suitable.
We may end an experience without refund where a guest behaves in a way that puts themselves, other guests or our staff at risk, or is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Changes by us
Occasionally an itinerary changes — an attraction closes, a road is shut, weather makes an activity unsafe. Where we can we substitute something comparable. Where we cannot, you are offered a full refund or another date, as set out in the refund policy.
Liability
We are responsible for running the experiences we operate with reasonable skill and care. We are not responsible for losses outside our reasonable control, including flight delays, road closures, weather, attraction closures, or acts of government. Personal belongings remain your responsibility throughout. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellation, medical treatment and personal belongings.
Complaints
Tell us at the time if something is wrong — most problems can be fixed on the day. If not, email help@dubextours.com within 7 days of the experience, quoting your booking number. We respond within 2 business days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai courts have jurisdiction.
