Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information DUBEX TOURS collects when you book, why we need it, who sees it, and how long we keep it.
What we collect
- To make a booking — your name, email address, mobile number, travel date and time, number of guests, and your pickup address where the experience includes one.
- Anything you tell us — notes you add to a booking, such as a child seat, a flight number, or a mobility or dietary requirement.
- Payment — the amount, currency and a payment reference. We never receive or store your card number. Card details go directly to our payment provider.
- Technical — standard web server records, and the currency and language you choose, so the site remembers them.
Why we use it
To confirm and run your booking, to send your voucher, to reach you if a pickup time or itinerary changes, to process a refund, and to keep the accounting records UAE law requires. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Who we share it with
- The guide or driver on your booking — your name, mobile number and pickup address, so they can find you.
- Attractions and licensed partners — the name and guest count needed to issue a timed entry ticket.
- Our payment provider — to take the payment and process refunds.
- Our email provider — to deliver your confirmation and voucher.
- Authorities — where the law requires it.
We do not share your details with anyone else, and nobody on that list may use them for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are kept for the period UAE accounting and tax rules require. Notes attached to a booking are removed once they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete anything we are not obliged to keep.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. Email help@dubextours.com from the address you booked with and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use the minimum needed to run the site — keeping your currency and language choice, and keeping a booking in progress. We do not use advertising cookies. Your browser can block cookies, though a booking may not complete without them.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection and access to booking records is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but card numbers never reach our servers at all, which removes the most sensitive data from the risk entirely.
Children
We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Bookings that include children are made by an adult, who provides only what is needed for the booking.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update this page. Continuing to book after a change means accepting the updated policy.
