The fastest way to reach us

WhatsApp. It is the quickest route to an answer, it works from anywhere without international call charges, and it leaves you with the booking details in writing. Phone and email are answered just as carefully, but WhatsApp is where most of our bookings get sorted.

What to include in your message

These four things let us quote properly first time instead of going back and forth:

• Your dates, and your arrival and departure times if you need a transfer.
• How many people, and the ages of any children — it changes vehicle size and ticket pricing.
• Where you are staying, or the area. Dubai is spread out and it affects timings.
• What you want to do, even loosely. "Something for a family with a 6-year-old on Tuesday" is enough to start.

Already booked?

Reply to your confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference. Changes to a date or a pickup time are usually straightforward, and most experiences can be cancelled free up to 24 hours before they start.

When we are available

We answer messages seven days a week. Airport transfers run around the clock, including overnight arrivals — if your flight lands at 3am, book it and go to sleep; the driver tracks the flight.

Visiting the office

We are in Downtown Dubai, on Umniyati Street, and you are welcome to come in. Message us first so someone is expecting you — most of the team is out with guests during the day.
