Warner Bros and Ferrari World Combo Tickets: Yas Island
Two Yas Island theme parks on one ticket: the world's largest indoor theme park and the home of the fastest rollercoaster on earth.
Overview
A combo ticket covering both Warner Bros. World and Ferrari World Abu Dhabi from AED 429, usable on the same day or split across two. The parks sit within a few minutes of each other on Yas Island, and buying them together is usually cheaper than two separate tickets.
Two very different parks
These are not variations on the same thing, which is the main reason the combo works. One is an indoor character park built around storytelling. The other is a motorsport park built around speed. A family that is divided about theme parks usually finds that one of the two lands properly.
Ferrari World Abu Dhabi
Recognisable from the road by its enormous red roof, the largest of its kind in the world. Most of the park is indoors, though some queuing areas are not.
- Formula Rossa: launches to 240 km/h and climbs to a peak of 52 metres. Protective eyewear is required because of the airspeed.
- Flying Aces: the world's highest non-inverted loop, with a lift hill of 63 metres at a 51-degree incline.
- Turbo Track: a vertical launch straight through the roof of the building.
- Mission Ferrari: a multi-system dark ride, the park's newest major addition.
- Family side: Benno's Great Race and the Junior GT driving school for younger children.
About that speed record
Formula Rossa was the fastest roller coaster in the world for years and plenty of listings still say so. It is not any more, having been overtaken at the end of 2025. What it does still hold is the record for the fastest rollercoaster launch, and at 240 km/h the ride itself has not changed in the slightest.
One genuine piece of planning advice: if a specific coaster is the reason you are going, check the park's ride-availability page first. Major rides here close for maintenance, and those closures have run for months at a time rather than days.
Height limits
Formula Rossa takes riders between 140 and 195 centimetres, which rules out most under-tens and a few adults. Formula Rossa Junior runs a similar shape of track at 45 km/h for smaller children, and there is a whole set of rides and galleries aimed at children under four feet tall.
Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi
Entirely indoors and fully air-conditioned across roughly 1.65 million square feet, which makes it the more reliable choice in summer and on a bad-weather day. Six themed lands cover Gotham City, Metropolis, Cartoon Junction, Dynamite Gulch, Bedrock and the Warner Bros. Plaza.

How to plan the day
- If you are doing both in one day, start at Ferrari World at opening and ride Formula Rossa before the queues build.
- Move across to Warner Bros. World in the early afternoon, when being indoors is worth most.
- Use the free Yas Island shuttle between the parks rather than moving the car.
Splitting across two days is more comfortable and the ticket allows it, which is the stronger choice with children or in summer. Two full parks in one day is achievable but it is a long day, and the second park tends to get the worse half of everyone's energy.
Weekdays in term time are dramatically quieter than weekends. Height restrictions vary by ride, so check them in advance if you have younger children rather than discovering them in a queue.

Getting there from Dubai
Yas Island is roughly 60 to 90 minutes from Dubai by road and there is no rail connection, so you are driving or booking a car.
For a full park day, a private vehicle that waits removes the one genuinely annoying part of the evening: finding a ride back when both parks empty at the same time. A car with driver for the day covers it.
